A maximum performance measure guarantees an increased productivity of the organization and gives an organization a competent advantage over other organizations. The theory is an integral part of many organizations especially those organizations which deal with the communication. The team has to be effective to be able to enhance the performance and productivity of an organization. The nine roles proposed by Belbin can pave the way for an organization to achieve the desired performance.
