Task: The aim of case study analysis is to test your ability to analyse organisations in strategic management terms, apply your knowledge of strategic HRM theories and relate your analysis to the case. The key is to identify the core strategic issues, which impinge upon the successful management of these organisations. Further details relating to the case study can be found on UTS Online.

Further All finished reports MUST be typed in Arial, Times New Roman or Calibri typeface (font) in size 12 information: with one and a half line spacing for ease of reading. An assignment cover sheet must be completed and placed at the beginning of the hard copy report. A copy of the cover sheet can be found on UTS Online in the Assignments Folder. It is recommended that students familiarise themselves with the assessment criteria which will be made available on UTS Online in the Assignments folder. All case study analysis reports MUST be prepared with full references and include a reference list. Students MUST use the UTS Harvard standard for referencing (please refer to the Faculty of Business Guide to Writing Assignments). Footnotes/endnotes are not accepted.
