2. Read the article, “Are You Managing Change Or Leading It?” Based on the information in the article, the author explains that change is inevitable. Which of the four things suggested to create a culture that is compatible with change do you believe is the most important and why? The author explained the importance of having a vision. How have your past leaders shared their vision for change with you? Discuss the similarities and differences between the tools.
4.Using at least one resource from the Ashford University Library, or a reputable online source, explain what impact you think the loss of Steve Jobs has, and will have, on Apple’s primary stakeholder groups: customers, employees, and investors. In what ways do you think Tim Cook’s leadership might change Apple? Review several of your peers’ posts. Discuss any similar or opposing perspectives you have, with at least two of your peers. Take care to be professional and polite even if your beliefs or viewpoints differ.
5.Think of an organizational change that you experienced. Describe how you were impacted by the change. What could the leadership have done to make the transition more successful? Cite one or more change models to support your assertion. Review several of your peers’ posts. Compare your experiences with at least two peers and identify lessons you can apply to future organizational changes.

6.Organizational change is not always successful. Identify factors that can cause change initiatives to fail and the five pillars that can cause them to succeed. Highlight an organization that failed to adapt and evaluate which of these factors and pillars were demonstrated by this organization. Review several of your peers’ posts. Discuss any similar or opposing perspectives you have, with at least two of your peers. Take care to be professional and polite even if your beliefs or viewpoints differ.
7.View the Malcolm Gladwell video, Malcolm Gladwell on Innovation, about today’s customers desiring partnerships. How does employee empowerment aid in  uilding partnerships between companies and their customers? Provide an example from your experience as an employee or customer.
