The purpose of this paper is to identify and discuss a failed organizational change in the context of the particular organization. In this regard, the present research has selected the case of Kodak. Eastman Kodak Company that is recognized as Kodak is famous for providing imagining products. The company was founded in the year 1888 by George Eastman and is headquartered in Rochester, United States. It has been established that Kodak offers a wide range of graphic communication, functional printing, packaging, and professional services for businesses, across the globe (Mendes, n.d.). It is important to note that the core business of Kodak is based on entertainment and commercial films, graphics and enterprise, and digital printing. Additionally, Kodak is best recognized for the products that are related to the photographic films.
