Should not use questions numbers at the start of each section. Use headings at the start of each section. Repeat the question the boss has asked in the heading, as he won’t remember the question. Also, this draft’s writing style is very redundant. My professor cut down a lot of the repeating sentences. So make your memo concise, on the point. For the first memo, the first question. Expenses are not recorded against non-financial resources. My professor said that’s wrong. And expenses are not exactly opposite to the expenditures.
